I found the staff very friendly and helpful! mohammad was very cute, and he made breakfast a treat with his friendly chats. The breakfast options were really tasty. the room had plenty of space for luggage storage, which helped keep things tidy. i liked the excellent battery chargers available too, it was a very convenient feature.
the pillows were not great, i found them lumpy. it was a bit of a discomfort during the night.

The front desk had a cute vibe with bright colors. the staff responded to us quickly and really. The luggage locker was quite convenient. i also found the staff friendly and helpful, that really added value to my stay.

i had a clean and quiet room. battery chargers and towels and shampoos were plentiful. excellent room cleaning really helped add to the comfort! there was everything i needed so i felt really well looked after.

I found the staff to be amazing and so friendly during both breakfast and check in! the location was also great, very nearby a metro, buses, tramline and a lovely park for a short walk. i was happy with the quick and pleasant responses from the staff at the front reception area. The luggage locker was very convenient for me.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety and included fresh fruit and pastries. there was a communal kitchen with refrigerators available to use, very convenient. this allowed families to store snacks and drinks, avoiding extra expenses.

the reception operates 24 hours, offering assistance at any time! i found jean pierre, the receptionist, super kind and helpful, providing many tips. he was very helpful and gave us many tips about our trip. this.

The breakfast was good. I appreciated the kitchen arrangements, as they were convenient for preparing light meals. The staff was approachable. They were always ready to assist with directions and information.
The hotel lacks a kettle in the rooms. Slippers were also not provided, so walking barefoot on the non-carpeted floors was a bit uncomfortable. I found the room cleaning was not done regularly. I had to request it in advance.

Mohammad at the front desk was helpful. He always greeted us with a smile (that was a plus!). The breakfast had a wide variety. The metro station is a short walk from the hotel. There are bakeries and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.
The pillows felt quite lumpy.

The reception staff provided quick and pleasant responses to all inquiries. Mohammad took the time to converse with guests at breakfast. The staff ordered a birthday cake and decorated the room with balloons for a guest.

The kitchen had sufficient pots and pans. It was easy and spacious to use. It was also clean.
The beds proved uncomfortable. Mattresses felt quite firm. The laundry situation was also not as expected. Only one dryer worked and it took three attempts at 4€ each time, with damp washing after six hours.
